Jessica studied Nutritional Therapy for 3 years at the College for Naturopathic Medicine, London. She works with clients to provide optimal nutrition advice for performance on the bike alongside health issues. Jess is used to working with clients with busy lives so makes her plans as realistic and practical as possible.
She has personally benefitted from healthy eating and is inspired to share her passion with others, helping them be the best version of themselves and achieve their ambitions. She previously was a Management Consultant, and holds a Masters in Psychology and Business.
Jessica has always loved sport, she currently runs and does yoga, and has taken part in the London to Brighton and Palace to Palace bike rides.
Collaborating with Fitness Genes she analyses clients’ DNA results, and alongside information from a consultation, creates actionable plans taking into account genetic predispositions as well as lifestyle, health issues and goals.
