Teaching kids to ride and gain skills and confidence to progress in cycling
I worked in the Civil service for 18 years. my last post was based in Human Resources. I have always wanted to pursue a career in sports coaching and to back in what I got out of the beautiful sport of Cycling. I went to Uni at the age of 41 studying sports coaching, I’m a prime example that you’re never too old to gain knowledge.
Most influential factor on coaching methodology/style
I’m a democratic coach I will always listen to my athletes concerns and ideas and use that knowledge to tailor and improve.
When I’m not cycling, I love spending time with family and friends, walking the dog, travelling, laughing and making memories.
